Brutalities In Wa Unprofessional, We Will Deal With Our Officers Found Culpable – GAF

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has issued a press release in reaction to a video which has gone viral.

In the video, some soldiers based in Wa, the regional capital of the Upper West Region were seen molesting civillians due to a stolen mobile.

The Ghana Armed Forces have described the act of these soldiers as unprofessional.

According to the Ghana Armed Forces, internal disciplinary measures have been instituted to deal with all those who will be found culpable in the unprofessional conduct by the soldiers.

It added that, the Chief of the Army Staff is leading a high powered military delegation in Wa to meet the traditional and opinion leaders to find an amicable way of resolving this unfortunate incident.
