Bruno Fernandes Breaks Frank Lampard’s Long Standing PL Record

Manchester United key man, Bruno Fernandes has continued his blistering form since joining the Premier League by setting a new record.

The Portuguese with his assist for Rashford’s winner against Wolves last night became the midfielder with most goal involvements in a calendar year in the history of the Premier League.

With 18 goals and 14 assists, Bruno’s 31 goal involvements is two clear of Frank Lampard’s 29 in 2009.

The former Sporting Lisbon skipper’s brilliant return of 10 goals and 7 assists this season has propelled Manchester United to second on the league, only two points behind title favourites, Liverpool.
