Vice-President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is now the ‘Nkokuohene’ of Effiduase in the Ashanti Region with the title “Nana ‘Oseadeeyo”.
Effiduase chief, Nana Adu Ameyaw II, praised the Vice President for the development experienced in the town, particularly, the tarring of major roads that led to their farmlands.
He noted that the New Patriotic Party’s free senior high school policy have seen more children going to school, therefore, reducing child labour.
he called for government’s assistance in getting hospital and stadium in the Effiduase township.
