Asiedu Nketiah Owes No One An Apology, Even Judges Misinterpret Rulings – Sammy Gyamfi

The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has defended the party’s General Secretary, Asiedu Nketiah insisting he did no wrong by saying the Supreme Court ruled in favour of the NDC.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, Mr Nketiah only communicated his understanding of a “confusing ruling” by the apex court.

General Mosquito had told the press after the ruling that the Supreme Court had granted the NDC’s request to allow for the use of the old voters’ ID as proof to get a new one. This however, turned out to be false.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Sammy Gyamfi said the general secretary owes nobody an apology.

“He should say sorry to who and for what? Judges even misinterpret judgments so what are people talking about?” he quizzed.

“I was told even the Deputy Attorney General after the ruling stood up to seek clarification so Asiedu Nketia did nothing wrong,” he stressed.
