Asiedu Nketiah Makes Shocking Revelations About Kyei Mensah Bonsu – Describes Him As A Liar

General Secretary of the NDC, and member of the parliamentary service board, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has made shocking revelations about the Majority leader, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu.

Mr Asiedu Nketiah was opening up for the first time about events that happened in Parliament on January 7th 2021 during the ushering in of the 8th Parliament of the 4th Republic.

According to the NDC chief scribe, contrary to claims by Mr. Mensah Bonsu that Alban Bagbin was offered the speakership position by mutual consensus, it was an entirely different matter.

Mr Asiedu Nketiah claims that the NPP after sensing defeat in the speakership election, proposed that a joint statement be read by Haruna Iddrisu and Mensah Bonsu to “lie” that Prof. Mike Ocquaye had withdrawn from the contest and that the position has been offered to Bagbin.

According to him, knowing the majority leader and his tendency to lie, he rejected the proposal and asked the clerk of parliament to declare the results.

Mr. Asiedu Nketiah also claimed that the NPP begged to be offered the first deputy speaker position in order for their man to chair the appointments committee.
