Another Endorsement For Jane – Queenmother Backs NDC Running Mate For Vice Presidency

The Traditional Queenmother of Akwamu, Nana Afrakuma II, has said that she’ll support the running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) even up to the high office of the Presidency.

The Queenmother affirmed her support for Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman when she paid a courtesy call on her at the start of her Eastern Regional campaign tour.

Nana Afrakuma II stated that Mrs. Opoku-Agyeman is now an icon and an inspiration to many young ladies in the country.

She added that she is more than capable of becoming Ghana’s first female Vice President and pledged to back her in the likely future of she contesting for the Presidency.
