American Actor, Steven Seagal’s Name Pops Up In Akufo-Addo Gov’t’s Alleged Over-priced Russian COVID Vaccines

Former American Hollywood Action Movie Superstar, Steven Seagal has been fingered in a report by a Norwegian tabloid Verden Gang (VG) which alleges that the government of Ghana procured russian Sputnik Vaccines at a ridiculously overpriced rate.

The report indicates that Mr Seagal, who has now become a russian citizen, is a staunch supporter of the Vladimir Putin regime in Russia, which now promotes weapon manufacturers in the Middle East.

The report further indicates that a 59-year old businessman, Per Morten Hansen, who is an acquaintance of Steven Seagal, acted as the middleman in conveying the vaccines to Ghana.

However, the report by VG states that Mr Seagal has denied any knowledge or involvement in the sale of vaccines to Ghana.

In a detailed report by the website, www.vg.no, the Minister of Health Kwaku Agyemang Manu is reported to have signed the contract to procure the vaccines with an Emirati official who was involved in the sale of Gas Turbines to Ghana in the controversial Ameri deal and another wanted Norwegian citizen.

The vaccines are said to have been purchased at 19 dollars per dose instead of 10 dollars per dose.
