Akufo-Addo Is Used To Being Booed By NDC MPs – Majority Chief Whip

Majority Chief Whip, Frank Annoh-Dompreh has noted that the President being booed by the Minority Members of Parliament on the floor of Parliament was not a big deal as the President himself has become accustomed to.

According to him the heckling and booing that associated the President’s SONA 2021 was reasonably normal and not against the standing orders of Parliament.

President Akufo-Addo and Chief Justice Anin Yeboah were not spared on the floor of Parliament as the NDC caucus kept jeering at them.

“I think it was a reasonable heckling. The President is used to that…he is not new in this House so, I think it is normal and the President was not moved”, mr Dompreh was quoted by mynewsgh.

He continued: “He was able to contain all the pronounced heckling and that smacks of a true leader who is not a visitor in this House and I think he is a good man”, Hon. Frank Annoh-Dompreh described President Akufo-Addo.
