Akufo-Addo Has Betrayed Rev Owusu Bempah; Pastors Must Be United Against Politicians – Nigel Gaisie Bemoans

Leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie says Rev Owusu Bempah has been betrayed by the President.

According to him, Owusu Bempah who is a close ally of Presient Akufo-Addo should have been granted bail after his arrest and not remanded.

He said this betrayal is a rallying call for men of God to stand united against politicians because they’re not worth dying for.

Meanwhile Owusu Bempah has returned to police cells after being hospitalised.

He took ill Monday night hours after being denied bail by an Accra Circuit Court.

Owusu Bempah while on treatment at the Police hospital was handcuffed on his bed with a police guard monitoring him.

He was arrested on Sunday, September 12, together with three other members of his church. On Monday, he was charged with offensive conduct conducive to breach of peace, the threat of death, and assault of office public officers.
