Mr. Stephen Atubiga, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Team has stated he cringed at the release of Prof Kwamena Ahwoi’s book, ‘Working With Rawlings’.
According to him, he had a running stomach because the book launch was a threat to former president John Dramani’s dreams of becoming president again.
Speaking on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana, Mr Atubiga called for the sack of all close associates of John Mahama who endorsed the book because they have caused Mahama harm.
“Anyone who was around Mr. John Dramani Mahama and had a role to play in the sanctioning of the book should be sacked immediately because they had caused him more harm”.
He added, “I want to use this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Jerry John Rawlings for saying he will respond at the right time.”
Former president Jerry Rawlings has however, responded to claims in the book, describing them as concocted lies.
