I Will Resign If NPP Fails To Win All 47 Seats In The Ashanti Region – Chairman Wontumi Declares

The controversial Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has vowed to ensure that the NPP sweeps away all the 47 seats in the Ashanti Region in the 2020 Elections.

According to Wontumi, massive groundswork has been done already to ensure that the New Patriotic Party asserts its dominance in the Ashanti Region by laying claim to all the 47 constituencies within the jurisdiction.

The NPP currently holds 44 out of the 47 seats in the region, with the remaining 3 in the grips of the NDC.

However, according to Wontumi, massive work has been done to ensure that the Ashanti Region belongs entirely to the NPP, stating emphatically that he will resign if this target is not achieved at the end of the election.
