He also advised Otumfour to focus on his throne and leave politics to their own devices.

During a launch in Kumasi, Kevin Taylor questioned why Otumfour is pushing Ghanaian journalists to know their limits.

Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, has challenged media professionals to dispel the myth that their freedom is limitless. He advised journalists to be aware of their limitations in their profession. The biggest asset of the journalistic industry, according to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is the trustworthiness of one’s reporting.

He emphasized the importance of journalists’ role in promoting peace, unity, and national progress.

Kevin Taylor argues that Otumfour should not have made such an anti-journalist statement because the Ghanaian government is attempting to control the media. He also stated that Ghanaian journalists are well aware of their limitations.
