NABCO TRAINEES ASSOCIATION OF GHANA Press Below:
It is rather unfortunate and disappointing that we still have to expect our September to date stipends, especially in this festive season.
In our ‘extra time’ of the program, we never expected regrettable things like this to repeat itself. That notwithstanding, I can unequivocally say that management is equally worried about the situation and is doing everything possible to resolve the ensuing issues.
However, we CPTP Trainees cannot understand any reason(s) as to why our stipends are not paid. This is the season we were all looking forward to — to enjoy the Christmas with our family but only to be faced with this unexpected situation.
I understand the sentiments, frustrations and hardship that Colleague CPTP Trainees are going through.
I will as a leader, forget my pains and encourage my colleagues to keep fingers crossed as we anticipate payments for all eligible outstanding arrears.
Without mincing any words in registering my displeasure, we can all complain and criticize management. However, let’s use constructive approach in going about this. As the saying goes, “two wrongs doesn’t make a right”.
Permanent Employment and Appreciation updates pending
“Amidst this regretful circumstances, I will take the opportunity to wish all and sundry a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New year because once there is life, there is hope”
