The Fundamentals Are Too Weak To Sustain Akufo-Addo’s Government Without E-Levy – Raymond Ablorh

Raymond Ablorh, a media development practitioner and corporate communications specialist, has blamed the government’s desperate attempts to enforce the electronic charge on poor economic management.

According to the social media activist, the government’s proposed electronic levy has highlighted the fact that the Akufo Addo-Bawumia administration has lost touch of the country’s problems.

President Ablorh, a former Airtel Ghana Communications Manager, resorted to Facebook to express his worry and accuse the administration of lying to the public about the health of the economy.

“The government’s desire to impose this e-levy on residents demonstrates how poorly they’ve managed the economy,” he said, adding that “without it, their resilient economy will crumble.”

He added that the NPP government’s desperate attempts to stimulate the economy through an electronic levy were the result of misuse of resources and excessive borrowing with no real results.

“They’re all claiming we can’t do anything without the e-levy.”

Their footsoldiers insulted us as they were stealing and mismanaging resources, borrowing excessively to waste from 2017 and we told them.”
