A former central regional chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard has claimed the Minority supported the government’s 2022 budget in secrecy.
According to him, the Majority shares in the ideas of the government’ strategy to collect taxes.
He wrote on Facebook: “the NDC will intentionally leave parliament and later call it a boycott meanwhile they support the budget in secrecy.”
The Majority in Parliament yesterday November 30, 2022 approved the budget which had been rejected by the minority side days ago.
