H.E Nana Akuffo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana has sent apologies to his Nigerian counterpart, President Buhari over the demolition of a building on the premises of the Nigerian High Commission in Accra.
This was confirmed in a press statement by the Nigerian Presidency on twitter.
A building said to belong to the Nigerian High Commission in Ghana was razed down with a bulldozer by armed men on June, 19, 2020.
Two persons have since been nabbed over the incident and been charged with conspiracy to commit a crime, unlawful entry and causing unlawful damage.
