2020 Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama says the party won the December polls however, their opponents in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) side used ways and means to snatch victory from them.
He noted that both the NDC and NPP hold 137 seats in Parliament therefore the ruling government cannot claim majority.
He said the NDC should have won about 145 seats and claim the Majority, however, there were some interventions that created an unfavourable and proper collation of results.
He further noted that there are a few pending cases in court that could still go in favour of the NDC to clinch the Majority side in Parliament.
