All The Judges Who Decided The 2020 Election Petition Were My Students, Including The Chief Justice – Tsatsu Tsikata

The Lead counsel for the petitioner in the 2020 Election Petition, Tsatsu Tsikata has confirmed that all the Supreme Court Justices who heard the 2020 Election Petition were his former students.

According to Mr Tsikata, the seven member panel, and in some cases the additional two who were added to determine review applications were all his former students.

The respected lawyer and academic made this revelation in a second Interview with renowned satirist, Kwaku Sintim Misa (KSM)

It had been claimed especially by NDC fanatics that Mr Tsikata had lectured all the Supreme Court Justices including the Chief Justice, even though many doubted.

However, Mr Tsikata has clarified that all the members of the panel including the Chief Justice were his former students, even though he was quick to add that he respects the fact that they have moved on to become Justices of the Apex Court.

Tsikata also added that he also taught 5 out of the 9 judges who heard the 2013 Election Petition.
