Muntaka Must Resign From Parliament Immediately – Former NDC Minister

Former Upper East regional Minister Prof. Avea Nsoh has called for the resignation of Minority Chief Whip, Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak from Parliament.

His call comes on the back of the approval of Minister nominees of President Akufo-Addo, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Mavis Hawa Koomson.

Some NDC caucus in Parliament had voted for these ministers to be approved although leadership of the party wanted them rejected.

Reacting to this, Prof. Avea Nsoh slammed Muntaka on Facebook for not doing his job as Whip.

“Hon Muntaka Mohammed Mubarak, MP for Asawase must resign immediately. He has failed Ghana and the NDC. He did not name the SC judge in the bribery scandal and he failed to whip his colleagues to vote out non-performing ministers,” he said.
