4 Dead, Others Escape After Attempt To Capture And Behead Omanhene Of Aowin

Four persons have been killed, while others have escaped in a latest attempt to capture and behead the Omanhene of Aowin Traditional Area, Nana Beyeeman Tano Kwaw Benbuin II.

A press release from the Anyifie Palace revealed that heavily armed men raided the Palace in search of the Paramount Chief, to capture and behead.

The release continued that the assailants, after their attempts had failed, were pursued by the townspeople who were fed up with the constant assassination attempts on their Chief and in the end, 4 assailants were killed, while others escaped.

The release also assured that Nana Beyeeman Tano Kwaw Benbuin II is safe and in good health, as a report has been lodged with the Police.
