Your Reckless Utterances Does Not Make You Fit To Be Called Honourable – Murtala To Kennedy Agyapong

The Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Murtala Mohammed has noted that the Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong does not deserve the title ‘honourable’ because of his “reckless” utterances among other actions.

According to him, although it is possible for one to err, people with the title must note that “you are given that title because you are expected to behave a certain way.”

“For you to be honourable, you are expected to be absolute;y honourable to be addressed as such,” he said.

Murtala Mohammed, who was commenting on Mr Agyapong’s utterances on Prime Morning on Joy Prime TV, said, “one of the reasons why I have insisted I don’t want to be addressed as honourable, is because the conduct of some of the so-called honourable members are absolutely dishonourable.”

“There is no any pride in wanting to be associated with that title looking at such conduct. To be very honest with you,” he told Daniel Dadzie.
