You Produced A Fraudulent Green Book When Ghanaians Needed Development – Wontumi Takes On Mahama

Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Wontumi has chided former president John Dramani Mahama once again for what he termed as ghost projects in the NDC greenbook.

According to Wontumi, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer gave Ghanaians an ‘azaa’ green book, to wit, fraudulent green book when the people needed real development.

He stated on Wontumi TV, “Mahama gave us azaa Green Book when we needed development. Under him we experienced ‘dumsor’ and didn’t have free water. Meanwhile despite the Covid-19, President Akufo Addo has kept the light stable and given us free water.

Meanwhile the NDC has rubbished claims by President Akufo Addo and the NPP that their Green Book projects are ghost projects.

In a press conference the party’s Parliamentary candidate for Abora Asebu Kwamankese, Felix Kwakye Ofosu said “having actively participated in the compilation of this book which highlights the boldest and biggest capital investment in the history of the Fourth Republic, I can state with absolute certainty, that the President’s claim that it contains “fantasy” projects that cannot be found on the ground, is an outright untruth.”
