You Have Nothing To Show For Supporting NDC – Bawumia

Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has told residents of Amenfi West Constituency that the National Democratic Congress have done nothing for them after many years of ruling the country.

According to him, the people of Amenfi have nothing to show for supporting the NDC unlike the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who have transformed the community.

Speaking to the people of Prestea Nkwanta, a rural settlement in the Amenfi West Constituency, Dr Bawumia urged them to consider the benefits they’ve gotten since the NPP came to power and let that be the basis for their votes.

“We’ve voted since 1992,… That is twenty-eight years now. NPP has since gotten one and half years to serve the people, and that was through a bye-election. So they’ve had twenty-six and half years, and yet the development here does not commensurate with the continued endorsement and loyalty you’ve shown them. You will realize there’s a vast difference between the Akufo-Addo government and the John Mahama and NDC government,” Dr Bawumia said.
