You Fly Entourage From Accra To Bono Region Just To Go And Greet Chiefs – NDC Slams Akufo-Addo

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) youth wing in the Bono region has wondered what President Akufo-Addo has been coming to do in the region anytime he visits.

In a statement, the NDC youth said they’ve seen no development in the area since the President came to power yet he’s been touring there since 2017 just to pay courtesy call on chiefs.

They wondered why the President will fly entourage from Accra to the region just to greet chiefs.

Mr. President, since 2017 you have constantly visited the region without even commissioning a CHPS compound. The only activity you keep entertaining yourself with is paying courtesy calls on our chiefs. Nana Addo do you think courtesy call will automatically construct the Odumase Road that has taken lots of youthful lives?’, the statement read in part.

They called on the president to address the infrastructural deficit in the region immediately.
