You Can’t Even Handle Your ‘Kwaterekwa’ Reshuffle But Want Akufo-Addo To Reshuffle- Dr. Anoma Shades NDC

A lecturer at the Kumasi Technical University, Dr. Samson Anoma, has thrown a shade the National Democratic Congress (NDC) stating that he finds it interesting that they are rolling over the floor, wailing and fighting simply because there has been a minor change to their Parliamentary leadership.

Dr. Samson Anoma stated on Wontumi TV that prior to the changes the NDC made, their members were the loudest in calling on President Akufo-Addo to reshuffle his ministers.

He however noted that based on the calls the NDC made, it was never expected of them to whine and get violent when their national executives reshuffled their parliamentary leadership.

“With your ‘kwaterekwa reshuffle you (NDC) are not happy but you expect the NPP with all the resources and power to do it”, he rhetorically said on TV.

On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, the leadership of the NDC in Parliament was changed. Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson takes over from Haruna Iddrisu as the new Minority Leader.

Ellembelle MP, Kofi Armah Boah will replace James Klutse Avedzi as Deputy Minority Leader. Kwame Agbodza is now the Chief Whip for the opposition side and will be deputised by Banda MP, Ahmed Ibrahim and Ada legislator, Comfort Doyo Ghansah respectively.
