Why Did You Lie To Your Supporters That You Won When You Knew You Did Not Win – Ayikoi Otoo Expresses Surprise At Mahama’s Petition

Ghana’s High Commissioner to Canada, Nii Ayikoi Otoo has expressed surprised at the Petition filed yesterday at the Supreme Court at the instruction of NDC flagbearer, John Mahama.

According to the renowned lawyer, it is surprising that Mr Mahama kept deceiving his Supporters that he won the 2020 elections only to file an entirely different petition.

NDC Supporters have protested in their numbers across the length and breath of the country insisting that their candidate won the election and was dubiously shortchanged.

However, the Petition filed by the NDC flagbearer does not support this claim as the petition rather claims that no candidate obtained 50% plus one.

Reacting to this, Nii Ayikoi Otoo, who is a top NPP lawyer, asked why the former President will deliberately mislead his supporters when he clearly has no superior evidence to back his claims.
