Western Togoland Group Attacks Are Spiritually Backed – Yevuga

Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Concerned Citizens of Western Togoland Mr. Daniel Yevuga has noted that the successful attacks and operations of the Homeland Study Group Foundation (HSGF) have spiritually backed forces.

According to him, Mr Yevuga denied reports that the group have been training some members saying, ”so far as we are concerned as a group, we know that there have been no training in terms of security”.

He insinuated that the attackers are backed by spiritual forces, without “holding guns and cutlasses,” he added.

Separatist movement, Homeland Study group foundation, a group that is calling for the secession of the Volta Region from Ghana, yesterday mounted roadblocks and attacked some police stations in the process, making away with some weapons.
