A donation made by lawmaker, Samuel Abu Jinapor was outrightly rejected by the furious youth of Busunu in the West Gonja Municipality of the Savannah Region.

According to a report by Nkilgifmonline, the young men of the area were seen throwing back the bag of rice which were offloaded back into a Nissan pick-up with registration number GC 2302-18.

The youth who are unhappy with the lack of job opportunities in the country, could be heard in a video saying ‘we need jobs, not rice’.

They could be heard saying; “we need jobs, not rice” in the English language as well as “we are here but you people are selling Jobs”; “no occasion will take place here”; “go and tell Abu Jinapor he is fooling us”; “put the rice back and go away” in the local Gonja dialect.
