Persons close to the woman at the center of the alleged fake kidnapping brouhaha in Takoradi have expressed their disappointment and displeasure at the way and manner the Police and the Regional Security Council have handled the issue.

The aggrieved persons have invoked curses on the Police, whom they believe, are being economical with the truth in the matter.

28 year old Josephine Panyin Mensah, has officially been named as a suspect by the Ghana Police, in her alleged kidnapping and the subsequent loss of her pregnancy.

According to the Police, Medical experts who examined the woman have indicated that she has never been pregnant.

However, Josephine’s husband, and some neighbours believe she was pregnant, and that the police report is inaccurate.
