Video: 14-Year Old Girl Commits Suicide, Leaves Note Blaming Her Father

A teenage girl believed to be 14 years has been found dead by the road side at Besoro, near Kumawu in the Ashanti region.

According to an eyewitnesses, the body was found beside a bottle which contained an unknown red liquid and a piece of paper with an inscription that suggest she may have committed suicide.

The letter addressed to her father blamed sort to blame him for killing herself. According to the deceased, her father always prevented her from going outside in the evening and as a result, she found no happiness in the world.

In subsequent parts of the letter, she told her father how sorry she was for committing suicide and pleaded to God to forgive her.

Meanwhile the police have began investigations into the possible cause of her death. Her body has been deposited at the Besoro morgue whilst police has commenced investigation.

Father’s reaction

Father of the deceased, Opanin Sefa Boakye who spoke to Salt 95.9 FM said he suspects that his daughter was murdered.

He said his daughter struggled with her assailants because there are cuts on the neck.
He also confirmed there was red liquid substance in a bottle and a piece of paper with an inscription beside the body.
