Tsikata And Godfred Dame Face Off In Court Tomorrow Over Amewu Ex-parte Injunction Case

It is going to be a fierce legal tussle in Court as deputy Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame faces off with his senior at the bar, Tsatsu Tsikata in the infamous ex-parte Injunction application against Hohoe MP-elect, John Peter Amewu.

Godfred Dame, a young man who has built up a solid reputation as a lawyer is expected to face the reputable Tsatsu Tsikata, a man known by all as an undisputed legal luminary.

Mr. Tsikata is representing the interests of his clients who filed the said ex-parte Injunction seeking to prevent Me Amewu from holding himself up as MP-elect until the voters in the termed SALL area are allowed to vote in the parliamentary elections.

Mr Dame last week filed a motion for abridgement of time which brought the hearing forward to tomorrow after it was initially scheduled for 21st January.
