Tsikata Amazingly Attempted To Mislead Supreme Court – Nana B

Lead counsel for the petitioner in the ongoing 2020 polls petition, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata during the last court sitting on Monday, February 23, 2021, attempted to mislead the justices, NPP National Youth Organiser, Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B) has claimed.

According to him, he was amazed when an astute lawyer like Tsikata referred to a law and decided to quote portions whiles deliberately eliminating portions.

Speaking in an interview with Okay FM, Nana B described as dangerous Mr Tsikata’s argument in support of the review application; after the court had ruled against a review filed by the petitioner over an earlier ruling of the court turning down the petitioner’s request to reopen his case.

Something scary and amazing happened in court yesterday, Mr Tsatsu attempted to mislead the court totally and I am amazed such an astute legal expert will refer to a law and decide to quote portions whilst deliberately eliminating portions. That was dangerous,” he was quoted by ghanaweb.
