Trump Sends Delegation To Ghana For Akufo-Addo’s Inauguration

American President, Donald J. Trump has appointed a Presidential delegation to attend the second inauguration of Ghana’s President elect, Akufo-Addo on January 7, 2021.

According to a statement by the White House, Honorable Dr. J. Peter Pham, Ambassador, United States Special Envoy for the Sahel Region of Africa, will lead the delegation.

The Honorable Stephanie S. Sullivan, United States Ambassador to the Republic of Ghana will also be in attendance.

President Akufo-Addo was declared winner of the December 7, 2020 polls in Ghana.
