Thank God It Was Nkrumah Who Gained Ghana’s Independence And Not Danquah’s Descendants – Manasseh Azure

Renowned Journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni has made a cryptic post on Facebook which appears to be a reaction to the Audit service board’s unhealthy tussle with the auditor general, Daniel Yao Domelevo.

The Audit service yesterday claimed that they had uncovered evidence suggesting that the auditor general, Daniel Domelevo was not a Ghanaian and that he was past 60 years.

The Board is therefore forcing the embattled auditor general to proceed on retirement after they forced him to take over 100 days of forced leave.

This has generated considerable interest on social media with many playing the tribal conversation once again.

In an apparent reaction, Manasseh Azure posted on his Facebook wall, “Thank God it was Nkrumah who led us to independence. Danquah’s descendants are showing us it could have been worse.”
