Tension Brews As Bawumia’s Face Is Covered With Posters In Anyaa-Sowutuom

Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has had his face covered with posters of Dr Dickson Adomako, Parliamentary Candidate in the area for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Campaign posters of Dr Adomako have been used to cover the face of Dr Bawumia, while President Akufo Addo’s face remain untouched, Starr Fm reported.

Expressing anger at the incident, the Anyaa-Sowutuom chairman of the NPP warned perpetrators to desist from the act before they bring him trouble. He couldn’t understand why anybody will cover the face of the Vice President who has been a great communicator for the party.

Meanwhile, a youth group in the party in the constituency have petitioned the Chief Imam over the incident.
