Techiman South: Court Fines NDC GHS12,000 As It Strikes Out 3 Out Of 4 Pleadings
The Wenchi High Court hearing the Techiman South Parliamentary Election Petition has struck out three of the NDC’s four pleadings.
The Court has also fined the NDC an amount of GHS12,000 in the matter.
The NDC Candidate for the 2020 parliamentary election in the Techiman South constituency, Christopher Beyere Baasongti is in court challenging the declaration of the NPP’s Martin Agyei Mensah Korsah as MP.
The Case has been adjourned to 30th July 2021.
