‘Swear By The Qu’ran If My Husband’s Brother Killed Him’ – Kaaka’s Wife Dares Police

Sa’adatu Hudu, the widow of the late Macho Kaaka who was allegedly beaten to the point of death at Ejura last week has dared the police to swear by the Holy Qu’ran if it was her late brother’s husband who killed him.

Initial reports by the media after Kaaka’s unfortunate demise was that he was killed as a result of his #fixthecountry activism, a claim which appears to be subscribed to by his family.

However, preliminary police investigations have also established that the late Kaaka was actually killed by his own brother, one Mohammed Baba Iddi, who is currently in police custody.

Sa’adatu Hudu believes her brother in law is being made a scapegoat for her late husband’s death.

According to her, the theory that her husband was killed as a result of a family feud is ridiculous to say the least.

She rubbished the eye-witness report which named her brother in law as the suspect, calling on the said witness to come and swear by the Qu’ran.
