Supreme Court Updates: Jean Mensa May Not Step In Witness Box As EC Lawyer Declines To Call Witnesses
In a rather interesting twist at the Supreme Court, lead counsel for the EC, Justin Amenuvor has told the Supreme Court that he does not wish to call witnesses.
This effectively means that Chairperson for the EC, Madam Jean Mensa may not step in the witness box to testify at all.
Counsel for the Petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata has argued strongly against the position of the EC lawyer, leading to a back-and-forth between the bar and the bench.
