Supreme Court Update: If Mahama Is Not In The Witness Box, Why Should Jean Mensa Be Forced To – Judge Clashes With Tsatsu
Currently in Court, Lead counsel for the Petitioner in the 2020 election petition, Tsatsu Tsikata is on his feet arguing why Jean Mensa must be compelled to mount the witness box.
In a series of back-and-forth with the 7 member panel, one Judge asked Mr Tsikata why the EC Chairperson must be compelled to testify when Mahama himself didn’t.
Mr. Tsikata argued that Mahama himself did not file a witness statement and therefore is not mandated to mount the witness box.
