Supreme Court Once Again Dismisses Tsikata’s Application For Review

The 7-member panel of the Supreme Court chaired by his Lordship the Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin Yeboah has dismissed a review application filed by counsel for the petitioners in the ongoing election petition.

Lead Counsel for the Petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata had filed for a review after his earlier application to reopen his case was dismissed by the court.

By this review action, two more judges were added to the panel to hear the review which has also now been dismissed.

The Court will now proceed to hear one more application for stay of execution until giving directives for the continuation of the substantive case.
