Supreme Court Judge Samuel Marful-Sau Who Was Part Of 2020 Election Petition Panel Dead
Supreme Court justice, Samuel Kofi Maful-Saul has passed on.
According to reports he died after contracting the Coronavirus.
Marful-Sau was part of the 7-member Supreme court panel who decided the 2020 election petition brought before it by flagbearter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama.
He was appointed a justice of the high court in 2002 and was promoted four years later to the court of appeal.
