Stop Making So Much Fuss About “Break The 8” And Focus On Providing Jobs – Omanhene To NPP

Host of ‘Maakye’ on Kessben FM/TV, Omanhene Yaw Adu Boakye has stated that the ruling New Patriotic Party should focus on providing jobs for the youth and stop making noise about breaking the 8-year election cycle.

According to the larger than life morning show host, it is too early for the ruling party to be thinking about the next elections for now.

He reckons if the NPP concentrates on the economic issues of the country and ensures the economy is doing better, Ghanaians will have no other choice than to extend their mandate.

Most importantly, Omanhene noted that the government should make providing jobs to the youth the first priority. “We’re in 2021, you will not hear anything about how to improve the life of Ghanaians from the NPP, all they’re talking about is break the 8, break the 8. You can only break the 8 with the four years ahead and its aftermath, Ghanaians will then judge Nana Addo Dankwah, the president if he performed better” Omanhene lamented.
