Stop “Empty” Appointments – Gov’t Told
Lawyer Ralph Agyapong has said that, government must pay keen attention to the people who are appointed to lead the various government positions.
Speaking on “Movement In The Morning” he indicated that, government sometimes appoint people who are not experienced for the said role, leading to unproductivity and waste of the resources.
“When we get power, we appoint people who sat on radio to discuss the party during campaigns and we think they can do the job because they are party faithful’s. But when they get the chance to lead, they only to show off and boss around”, he said.
He stressed that, the country’s biggest problem is the wrong people who are appointed. He added that, for the country to develop, there is the need to assign the jobs to the right people.
