Supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the South Tongu constituency, particularly women, have threatened to boycott sexual activities with their partners until John Dramani Mahama is declared President.

The women, who were numbered in their hundreds, clad in red outfits and NDC attire wailed, sang and chanted as they demanded a recount of the ballots.

They had with them placards with various inscriptions such as “Stolen Verdict”, “Let my vote matter”, “EC must declare the actual result” , “ No Mahama no peace”, Nana must go”, EC wants to plunge Ghana into chaos “ etc.

One woman was spotted chanting ‘no Mahama, no f**k’ while others nodded in affirmation.

The NDC is set to file a petition at the Supreme Court today as they continue to dispute the results of the 2020 polls.
