Mrs Agnes Owusu Afriyie, widow of the late Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie (Sir John) has reportedly run to court to demand her share of properties.

According to online news portal, mynewsgh, Mrs Afriyie’s action comes after executors of her late husband’s will shared his properties without her knowledge.

The report further claims Mrs Afriyie has been neglected by the family following her husband’s demise despite her ill health and her husband’s failure to make provisions for her as a surviving spouse.

The will of Sir John, the news portal claimed, was read in court four months after Sir John’s demise without the widow’s knowledge.

Further more, monies accrued during the funeral of the late NPP stalwart have been unaccounted for months after his burial.
