Rawlings Is A Divisive Leader Who Can’t Sustain Friends – Prof Ahwoi

A former PNDC/NDC appointee and local government expert, Professor Kwamena Ahwoi has described former president Jerry Rawlings as a divisive leader who is unable to sustain friends.

According to him, Rawlings always wanted his friends to inherit his enemies as theirs thereby causing strains in his relationship with others.

He made this revelation in his book, ‘Working With Rawlings’.

“Rawlings is a divisive leader who is incapable of keeping and sustaining friends” he wrote.

Prof Ahwoi further described the military ruler as an unfit leader who always intimidated his subordinates.
