Police Corporal Crashes Police Car Into Stationary Mercedes Benz

A careless Police Officer driving a service vehicle has run into a stationary Mercedes-Benz Actros 3340+Afrit Trailer with registration Number GN 3161-09.

According to preliminary investigations conducted by the Police, Inspector Samuel Hiadzor, Corporal David Ampomah were onboard a service vehicle driven by Corporal Promise Amegadzi on a Ho Municipal Night Patrols.

The Service driver was driving from Ho Municipal Police Station heading towards OLA top direction but on reaching a section of the at KCS near Civic Center, the driver failed to observe the road properly, without due care and attention ran into the rear of a stationary Mercedes-Benz Actros 3340+Afrit Trailer with registration Number GN 3161-09 which was parked at the near edge of the road.

The Service driver and personnel on board sustained various degree of injury and were rushed to Ho Municipal Hospital for treatment.

Both cars have since been impounded by the Police for further investigation.
