Photo: The Guy Who Convinced Mahama And Tsikata To Go To Court – Gabby Taunts NDC

Staunch NPP member, Gabby Asare Otchere Darko has taunted the NDC with a photo of a guy who he claims was able to convince former President Mahama and a legal genius like Tsatsu Tsikata to go to court over a mere slip of tongue.

According to Gabby, this guy deserves a Novel award, having been able to convince no less a person than a whole former President and a legal luminary like Mr Tsikata.

Dr Justice Moses K. Aheto was key in collation the results of the presidential election and led the party in discussing the errors of the Electoral Commission, which he claimed showed that neither President Akufo-Addo nor former President John Mahama secured more than 50% of the valid votes cast to win the presidential election.

However, the Party’s battle in Court has been disappointing as all major applications and reviews have gone against them in unanimous verdicts.

Yesterday, the National Communications Officer of the Party, Sammy Gyamfi admitted that things have not gone well for them in Court but Supporters should not be discouraged.

However, Mr Otchere Darko in an obviously sarcastic post suggested that a nobel prize should be given to the man who singlehandedly convinced the former President and the evergreen Tsatsu Tsikata to stake their reputations on a loose case in court.
