Part of 50% Of My Salary As MP Will Create West Wuogon FC – Dumelo Promises

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, John Setor Dumelo has pledged to create a football club for his area when he becomes Member of Parliament.

Speaking at his campaign launch at the Bawaleshie School Park on Sunday, October 18, Dumelo noted that the Ayawaso west is fed up with the many football gala therefore he’ll create a football team that can play in the Ghana Premier League.

“When I enter Parliament, I’d give half of my salary to Ayawaso West Wuogon. The first thing I’ll do with that 50% [of my salary] is to establish a football team in Ayawaso West Wuogon,” he pointed out.

It’s time to create the West Wuogon Football Club so that the footballers here can also get the opportunity to play in the [Ghana] Premier League and also go abroad,” he added.
