Loudmouth director of communications for Ghana Gas, Ernest Owusu Bempah has rendered an apology to renowned businessman, Ibrahim Mahama after comments he made against the brother of former President John Mahama were deemed to be defamatory.

Following the order of an Accra High Court, the National Investment Bank (NIB), bankers of Mr Owusu Bempah were ordered to transfer an amount of GHS310,000 to the businessman.

The court also ordered that in case the amount in the account is less than the awarded amount, the account must be emptied.

In compliance with the court order, it was reported that the account was emptied due to the fact that the amount in that account was less than the awarded cost.

Reports at the time further indicated that the lawyers of Mr Mahama were exploring the possibility of emptying Mr Owusu Bempah’s momo account to defray the awarded cost.

Mr Owusu Bempah however, refused to apologize to the businessman, stubbornly insisting that he was going to the Supreme Court.

However, in a rather shocking U-Turn, Owusu Bempah has now rendered an apology to the businessman, who he says has received him with warmth as a big brother.
